When we say "Full Service Clean out", we mean just that! Our team of well-trained experts are here to ensure all steps are taken to leave your water feature looking and running better than before!

OUR PROCESS:

• Full consultation with customer and visual inspection

• Place fish in aeriated, fish safe holding tanks before clean-out process begins

• Full water exchange (we drain your pond completely and add fresh water at the end!)

• Liner and pump inspection

• Complete power wash of liner and rocks

• Hand removal of debris, algae, muck and plant overgrowth

• Fish health assessment

• Refill water feature with fresh, clean water

• Balance water conditions by adding in the essential products before re-entry of fish
